Your appointments are precious to us. They are reserved, especially just for you. We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A deposit has to be made in advance for any appoint- ment made by a group of 8 or more people for any parties.
No refunds in any case. As soon as you have paid and walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided.
We will NOT be responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
If you are coming with kids, we kindly request you to take care of them.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
If you have diabetes, please inform us before getting services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
